Normally our items ship via UPS within three business days.
If for some reason we are not able to ship your product within
this time frame, we will notify you within 48 hours.
Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?
We value the safety and security of your personal
information! Because of this we have partnered with
PayPal. PayPal is ranked as one of the most secure
payment processors online today. Once you enter your
billing address you will be directed to PayPal's secure
checkout screen. You can feel secure knowing that PayPal
security is keeping your information safe!
How are your items packaged; will they get damaged during
shipping?
Our distributors package our products using standard
packing methods. These methods include high quality
boxes, air bags, shipping peanuts, and or other filler to
insure the safe delivery of your purchase.
I have a gift certificate, but I'm not sure where to enter it.
Congratulations on your gift! Your gift certificate
should have an "online redemption code" on it. It should

Champagne Baby is extremely concerned with your
satisfaction both before and after the sale. Therefore,
we have an open exchange policy; meaning that if you are
unsatisfied with one of our products, we will work with you
either an exchange or a full refund.
How can you only charge five dollars for shipping and why
would you do that?
After being in business for over a year now, we've come
to the conclusion that our customers don't like the variable
of shipping costs. To make things easier for them, we've
made arrangements with our shipping partners and manufacturers, as
well as adjusted our margins to accommodate for fixed shipping
costs. This is just another example of how we are
striving to improve our level of customer service and
facilitate a pleasant shopping experience for our patrons.
For all of our products (except for cribs) you will see a
$5 handling fee in lieu of a variable shipping cost.

How do I create a
Gift Registry?
Simply click on the
"Login" link in the upper right corner of any page as
shown below. If you don't have an account, click on "New
Account" and enter the required information. Once you
have logged in, just view your account and create a gift
registry. Then just click on the
"Add To List" links
shown on each product and enjoy!
Once you are comfortable with your registry, you can view your
account details and share the registry link shown there with
your friends & family.
How do
I buy a Gift
Certificate?
We've recently updated our site to include Gift Certificates!
Just click this link: "Gift
Certificate" and enter the amount and recipient
details.
Once you have finished, you will be taken to the normal
checkout page. An email will be sent to you and the
recipient address you entered. This email will include a
special code that should be entered by the recipient at
checkout. It's that simple!
