don't worry, just take it step by step; start by considering

2.) Now that you've figured out what, when, and where, it's
time to do a quick budget. Try not to spend too much
time on this and don't worry about it being exact; a rough
estimate will do. Don't worry, you can select & order

4.) Request guest list from Mommy. |

5.) This isn't a one woman show; ask for help! (Tip:
Make copies of your plan and give them to your team!) |

6.) Select & Order items in step 2. |

5 weeks before
your planned baby shower: |

|
|
|
|
7.) Send out your invitations. |
|
|
8.) Decide on the games you will use during your shower. (Tip:
Make sure to get pens / pencils for everyone.) |

|
|
|
|
3 weeks before
your planned baby shower: |
|
|
|
|
|
9.) Now it's time to put together a dinner & drink menu.
Focus on appetizers, drinks, and desert. |
|
|
10.) Confirm the location and reservation for the shower.
(Tip: Make sure you have enough tables & chairs) |

|
11.) If you are not making the desert yourself, now is a good
time to place your order. |
|
|
|
|
|
1 weeks before
your planned baby shower: |

12.) Complete your final grocery shopping and pick up any
misc. items that are still left. |

3-4 days before your planned baby shower: |

13.) Time to start cooking. |

14.) Begin decorating. |
|
|
15.) Put the games together and prepare your name tags. |

16.) Pickup cake (if necessary) |

Day of your planned baby shower: |

17.) Don't stress out! You've been working hard and it
will all to pay off with an extremely happy mother to be! |

18.) Buy ice, you'll probably need it. |
|
|
19.) Put your finishing touches on the decorations. |

Planning Checklist Tips: |
|
| |
You don't have to do everything; ask a couple of friends ahead
of time to help clean up after the shower. |
|
| |
Have someone keep track of the gifts that are given, as well
as who gave them, and put them into a keepsake registry.
This will make writing thank you cards much easier! |
|
| |
Remember, how you present yourself will set the tone for
everyone else, so MAKE SURE TO HAVE FUN!!! And don't
forget to bring your baby shower planning checklist! |
